Budgets

Budgeting is maintained quarterly and the procedures for doing so are as follows:

  1. The Executive Director and the Tax Accountant will prepare the financial budget.
  2. The Accountant will insure that budgets are on file.
  3. The Board of Directors must approve proposed changes in the budget, should they exceed $50,000 or 10% of the line item, whichever is greater.
