Budgets
Budgeting is maintained quarterly and the procedures for doing so are as follows:
- The Executive Director and the Tax Accountant will prepare the financial budget.
- The Accountant will insure that budgets are on file.
- The Board of Directors must approve proposed changes in the budget, should they exceed $50,000 or 10% of the line item, whichever is greater.
