Maternity and paternity leave
Bringing new life into this world is an exciting and often exhausting time for parents! To help parents care for their newborn and adjust to new sleeping patterns, we provide maternity (mother) and paternity (father) leave for the first months after the baby is born.
Subject to local laws, our company offers 3 months of paid maternity and paternity leave. Mothers can take off some additional days before birth to cater for time in (or preparing for) labor.
If you are expecting, please talk to the Human Resources department and your manager to arrange the leave, so accommodations can be made. Please provide as much notice as possible.
To assist in coming back to work, we will try to be as accommodating as possible. As part of this, we may offer the ability to work from home and may also offer external paid day care. Please discuss this with Human Resources.
