Key Results can have tasks underneath them, which are separate to the Key Results themselves. Once the Key Results have been established, the actionable tasks should be created and assigned that you believe will positively impact the results the Key Results describe.
The Task List underneath Key Results will be your plan of action for that particular key result, the initiatives that your department and team will follow in order to accomplish the stated objectives.
