After your Objectives and Key Results are entered, your staff will be encouraged to regularly check them to monitor their progress.

The Objectives listed in the page will clearly show the progress of each objectives through a percentage. This percentage indicates the progress of all measurable key results underneath it.  An overall percentage will be displayed at the very top of the page also.

Once objectives get to a satisfactory target, which may be between 70%-100%, you can mark the objective as Complete by using the Set Complete button.
