Solicitation of job opening
Job postings of vacancies and/or new positions adhere to the following procedures:
- With the job needs' form collected, draft listing with job requirements, responsibilities, expectations, compensation, and other related details from the form (consulting with form authors and payroll supervisors as needed)
- Identify the best channels, in respect to the job title and related industry, to advertise vacancies and new positions
- First seek candidates internally from within the company via company intranet portal
- Post job listing to various chosen channels (i.e. websites, recruiters)
