Updating Billing

If you signed up after July 2023, please use our Customer Portal to update your billing information.

For cloud accounts signed up prior to July 2023, if you need to update your credit card, or if a credit card payment fails, you can go into your account on on.staff.wiki to enter in a new payment method to continue service.

Please make sure you login using the email address that the failed payment email was sent to. If you are unsure of your password, you can click "Forgot password" on the login page.

For Staff.Wiki product subscriptions, please update your billing information using the information on the Customer Service page.

For WorkflowFirst product subscriptions, please update your billing information using this link:
https://support.workflowfirst.com/dataview.aspx?&view=Users&noguest=true
(then click "Set Billing" at the top)

Note: WorkflowFirst Software (the vendor of Staff.Wiki and WorkflowFirst) uses Stripe to manage billing for credit card payments.
