After version 4, a new experimental feature has been added to allow importing of documents from Word and other third party applications into multiple articles more easily. This action is available for the admin only, and can be found in the Explore menu / Admin Functions area, in the actions list "Import and Split Article".

When using this action, you need to prefix any headings that should be put into their own articles with a double hash (pound) ## symbol.

Any line that is prefixed in that way will start a new article, with the title being taken from the heading text after the double hash.

Note: At present this does not import images. It will be enhanced in a future version.
