Reports for Incidents
Once incident reports are entered into the system, it will usually be the case that they will need to be printed off as a hard copy, for security, communication or auditing purposes.
To do this, when you are on an incident report, you can go to the Reports menu and select Incident Report Details:
This will show all data related to that incident in one PDF file, that you can then print, email or store in your file system. It will also include a list of attachments with links that can be clicked (eg. to open photos).
There is also a report called "Incident Reports", which is a global report. This will list out all incident reports (that are visible to you) reported between two specified dates, in a tabular form for review. You can access this from the Dashboard, clicking "Reports".
Note: These reports are only available to Wiki Managers.
