For dedicated hosted servers, or any cloud systems created after July 2023, your account will be on a dedicated virtual server, isolated from other clients. We employ a security monitoring system that will monitor the server hardware and software status, along with any indications of compromise, on a continual basis 24/7. 

Servers are usually configured to install Windows updates on a weekly basis as they become available by Microsoft. Please let us know your primary business activity timezone, so the updates can be configured to install out of hours to reduce operational disruption. By default they will be installed overnight in the EST timezone. 

We utilize advanced firewall systems to help protect the servers against denial of service and bot attacks. 

The server location defaults to a data center in the West Coast US. If you require your server to be located in a different region, please contact us to see if it's an area we service. 

Each system is integrated into our backup process, which takes daily backups for the current month, and monthly snapshots thereafter, up to 1 year. Additional backup strategies may be available, along with access to database backups, at additional cost, please contact us for details.
