Using Enhanced AI
There are many AI features in our platform that can enhance the way you manage policies, procedures, risk and compliance, and also enhance the end-user experience.
However, if for any reason you wish to disable the AI features across the system, you can do this as an admin in the Configuration tab, under Main Settings - just set "Disable AI Features" to Yes. You may have to wait a few minutes for this to take effect.
There are two levels of AI in the system: basic AI, which can assist in writing when editing policies, and Enhanced AI, which can answer questions based on your policies, find risk mitigations, help you satisfy compliance requirements, analyze incident reports and a whole lot more.
All accounts get a limited number of tokens per month for Basic AI, but anything beyond that, and to use Enhanced AI, will require you to sign up for an API account with OpenAI or a compatible vendor like Microsoft Azure.
You can get started with the Enhanced AI by setting up and linking your account. In section we'll cover how to make the most of Enhanced AI once it's set up.
