Adding Document Groups
The "Required Document Templates" indicate Document groups can be added for different types of vendors or service providers. You will access the templates for these document groups in the tab under the third-party risk:
Once you are on that tab, click the + to add a new template group. This template will need a name, which you can enter into the form:
Once you enter this, you will see the template listed. Click that and you can start putting in the list of documents required for that group, along with their frequency:
You can change these at any time, and this will then update the associated documents in each vendor automatically.
