Uploading Documents

You can submit a required document for a vendor, client or internal department either on schedule or off schedule. Simply go to the Document Management area, click on the applicable tab, and click the "Submit Document" button:


In that form you can select from the document name that is taken from the selected document schedule, and then upload the actual document.

Once submitted, it will add the document to the Submissions area under that document, and then set the due date to be the next scheduled required submission, based on the frequency that is set in the schedule.

The user can also skip a submission by setting Skip to Yes, and entering in a reason beside that.
