COVID-19 Checklist
Everyone is required to comply with the COVID-19 Symptoms Check when entering any of our facilities.
Additionally, all employees are strongly recommended to observe social distancing procedures on-site and also off-premise. This is vital to mitigate the disease.
Limiting face-to-face contact with others is the best way to reduce the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The safety of our employees is our priority!
COVID-19 Symptoms Check
Prior to coming to work, all employees are required to self-assess & comply with the following checklist:
Check your temperature. Was it above 100.4°F (38°C) without the use of fever reducing medication?
Do you have a dry cough or shortness of breath?
Have you traveled outside of the country within the last 14 days?
Have you been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
Are you in a 14 day period of self-isolation as directed by a healthcare provider or official?
If you have answered yes to any of these, please do not enter the premises and promptly contact your supervisor.
There will be trained personnel at designated employee entrances who will safely take temperatures and assess the health of every employee entering our facilities.
Symptoms to Watch For
While at work or not at work, here is a list of coronavirus symptoms designated by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) to be on the look out for:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you observe any of these symptoms, you are advised to consult with your physician or a doctor. If these symptoms are observed while at work, please contact your supervisor immediately.
Social Distancing Guidance & Procedures
Here are procedures we are asking you to follow in order to prevent the spread of the virus:
- Wear a face mask intended to prevent the transmission of airborne particles
- Maintain 6 feet of distance from other people & personnel
- Do not touch your face, especially your eyes, nose, or mouth
- Wash your hands frequently with soap & water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content to disinfect your hands
- Use a tissue to cover your cough or sneeze and throw the tissue in the trash, then wash your hands. If you don't have a tissue within reach, cough or sneeze into the sleeve of your elbow
- Refrain from physical greetings such as handshakes and hugs
