Background checks
For certain positions at our organization, various background checks will be required.
For management, if you need to perform background checks on candidates, you should ask the Human Resources department for guidance. This process can be difficult to navigate. We must always abide by laws and regulations, as well as ensure candidates understand what is being requested and our intentions in doing so. Generally it is a good idea to only initiate background checks for the final few candidates. Always use our authorized providers for background checks and ensure you have your candidates’ written permission to do so.
