While our company certainly supports philanthropy and the promotion of certain causes, staff must recognize that there must be certain limits on such activity while in the workplace.

In general, we do not allow any solicitation or promotion of non-business related causes unless the staff member gets specific authorization from a manager. 

Even when authorized, we always ask that you do not disturb or distract colleagues from their assignments.
