AI Agents

AI Agents, introduced in version 8.0 and currently available to admin users, are built-in AI chatbots that specialize in different areas of our platform. As an admin user, you will find a new AI Agents tab along the top where you can access each of the agents as a chatbot.

There is a chatbot for policy management, learning management, incident management, compliance and risk, configuration, asset management and more. What's more - you can create your own agents, too, that specialize in different areas of your organization. You can add as many agents, or sub-agents, as you need.

Agents can not only answer questions, but they can also perform actions on your behalf.

While end-users won't have access to AI agents by default, you can enable a specialized agent to be available to end-users and provide answers to questions in the "Questions" box. These agents won't be able to perform actions, however.

This section provides details about the AI agents available in our platform.

Note: Use of agents requires that Enhanced AI is enabled, which requires signing up for an OpenAI Platform account. AI usage will incur token usage fees as per OpenAI's current pricing.
