By default, if a checklist is marked as "Private" it can only be seen by the user who started the checklist. If you use assignments in the checklist, then those will be able to see it also.

However, you can also set a user group that will always have view access to the checklists submitted on that page. Any user in that group will have access, and can then subscribe to receive submission notifications through email.

To do this, go to the Settings on the page you are editing, and simply select a user group under "Checklist Viewer Group":

When doing this, please ensure that no confidential or sensitive information is being inadvertently shared in the process. Ideally make it clear to the user who will be seeing any sensitive data they enter by annotating the article accordingly.
