The Stats Page

You can view various data and metrics about any article by going to the Stats link at the bottom of the article. You must be a Wiki Manager to view this.

Once you click that link, you will see something like this:

The top portion will provide information on when the article was created and last updated. Underneath that it will tell you who is assigned to the article, and who the approvers would be if you updated the article. It also lists out the user groups required to access that article.

Below that you will see some important information, such as:

Performing: Whether the article is currently meeting the defined thresholds for performance. If none are specified, it will say it is performing regardless.

Users who Views the Past Week: The number of unique users who have viewed this article in the past week. Note: You must set Record Views to Yes in the Configuration tab before it will start recording views. It is off by default.

Users who Views the Past Month: The number of unique users who have viewed this article in the past month.

Version: The current version of the article, meaning the number of times changes have been published.

Changes in Past Month: The number of changes submitted in the past month.

Policy Expiration Date: Any outstanding To-Do tasks on the article that have the type set to Policy Expiration, and a scheduled due date.

Policy Review Date: Any outstanding To-Do tasks on the article that have the type set to Policy Review, and a scheduled date.

Last Checklist Activity: The number of days that have passed since the last checklist was completed or started. Provides an indication of whether the checklist on the article is being used.

Current Number of Incomplete Checklists: The number of checklists that have not been completed. This provides an indication of whether the checklist is being participated in, even if some users are starting checklists.

Related Incidents Open: The number of incident reports that were raised from this article (policy) that are still marked as open.

Last Incident: The number of days since such an incident report was raised.

Related Hazards Open: The number of hazard reports that were raised from this article (policy) that are still marked as open.

Last Hazard: The number of days since such an incident report was raised.

% Department Who Read This Article: The percentage of the department, as set in the Settings on this article or a parent article, that have read this article in the past 60 months.

% Complete Attestations: The percentage of acknowledgement requests that are complete, compared to those in the same period that are not complete.

Date Of Last Attestation Request: The date that the last acknowledgement request was sent.
